Character: Molly
Weapons: Sugary sweetness (literally and figuratively, in terms of personality and skills), giant lollipop staves/rods
Abilities: can cast Sugar Pink spell to kill you through diabetes! She can also smack the enemies with the gigantic lollipops.
(I'm referring to the character, not the real person. But who knows...>8D)

Are the candies edible?
Sure, as long as you're prepared for diabetes. The exception is the green candy hair clip. We forgot to add sugar into it while mixing the ingredients along with the Chemical X...sorry.
On the image depicted, she looks so cheery and sweet. Is she high?
Of course not! I'm just lame with making cute faces...s'all.
But admit it--she looks cute.

Again, the collar was intended to be that sturdy high. I don't have to adjust it.
